In the current international community, that could be defined as the society of knowledge, where the perception of barriers and boundaries is reduced and the economic interconnection among countries increases, knowledge and its spread represent the motive force for the creation of welfare and the safeguard of competitiveness. In this context, the phenomenon of qualified migrations, intended as the migration of staff, technicians and qualified students, is becoming very relevant.
